Religions/Belief Systems - Jansenism
Jansenism is the theology of Cornelius Jansen (1585-1638), a Dutch born professor of theology. According to his view, without special grace from God, the performance of all of his commandments is not within the scope of a man. Man has no free will and that most people are condemned to damnation. A movement based upon Jansenism became popular in 17th century France.
